Equipment for packing cement into valve bags
For more than 10 years NPK XTS has been producing cement packing machins for valve bags. Our equipment has been working at cement packing enterprises for a long time.
Thanks to the use of a microcontroller and strain gauges, in the cement packaging equipment we produce, it combines both the required qualities of a packing machine: precision cement packaging and high performance.
The cement packing machine produced by us is easy to use, it does not require qualified personnel to maintain it.
The work of the operator servicing the cement packing machine consists of a few simple steps:
- the operator sets the required weight for packing cement bags on the control panel; </ li>
- the operator puts the valve bag on the dispensing nozzle; </ li>
- presses the filling lever on the filling device; </ li>
- removes a bag filled with cement from the dispensing nozzle, sending it either further along the belt conveyor to the warehouse, or folding it side by side onto a pallet. </ li>

The packing machine can be serviced by one operator or two ones.
This equipment is a main part of a complex performing the task of uloading cement from a hopper wagon, with the process of packing cement in valve bags.
